Another week, another milestone for DC Comics’ second-best superhero!
The Joker War that’s been running through the Bat-books over the last few months comes to a head in the big 100th issue of the latest incarnation of Batman. With so much of what DC Comics had been planning over the last year up in the air, the anniversary issue should give us a good indication of the character’s direction for 2021, along with the plans for many of his cohorts.
The major issue is buoyed by a couple of new digital-first issues, including Batman: The Adventures Continue and Batman: Gotham Knights. And yet, not a Superman book in sight this week. For shame, DC Comics.
