While the Avengers assemble on the silver screen to take down the big bads, the Marvel Netflix universe is getting ready for its own supergroup!
This teaser trailer doesn’t tell us much, but it’s good to know that The Defenders is finally coming to Netflix later this year. We’ve got the gang together in an elevator – Matt Murdock, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Danny Rand – looking sketchy and trying to go unnoticed. Though, Murdock wearing a mask over his eyes certainly isn’t inconspicuous.
I do love the added little kicker of the time stamp in the top right corner of the video, which stops on 08:18:20:17, which just so happens to be the expected drop date of The Defenders on Netflix.
This one should be fun.
The Defenders will debut on Netflix on August 18, 2017.
