Our final look at last week’s comics sees a pair of Gotham City’s fiercest end up in Riverdale for a wacky showdown in Harley & Ivy Meet Betty & Veronica. Meanwhile, Lois Lane’s meeting with Deathstroke leads to a battle with the Man of Steel in Superman.

Batman vs. Two-Face – In Adam West‘s final turn as the Caped Crusader, Batman and Robin are back in classic 1960s animated action, protecting Gotham City from some of the most nefarious villains in comics history. (DVD, Blu-ray release: October 17).
With the baseball playoffs in full swing, it feels pretty appropriate to use today’s Monday Memories to look at one of the sport’s biggest black eyes – the fixing of the 1919 World Series.

This week, DC Comics continues its quest to turn Batman into an antihero on the level of The Punisher or Wolverine in not one, but two, major releases. First, the Dark Nights: Metal tie-ins continue with BATMAN: THE DAWNBREAKER. Then, Sean Murphy’s take on a world where the Caped Crusader went to far continues with BATMAN: WHITE KNIGHT.
