We’ve finished the first week of October, and if you haven’t picked out your Halloween costumes yet, maybe you can decide on something from one of these four movies!

Four movies, picked at random, are vying for the chance to be the next movie I watch and recap here at The Casual Geekery. Let’s take a look at the four movies being included in this latest poll, along with the synopsis for each movie.

Let’s take a look at what we’ve got this week.

Batman Begins (2005) – Fresh on the heels of this week’s movie, BATMAN FOREVER, is the Christopher Nolan reboot. After training with his mentor, Batman begins his fight to free crime-ridden Gotham City from corruption.

Four Weddings And A Funeral (1994) – Even my wife’s movies get to be included here. Over the course of five social occasions, a committed bachelor must consider the notion that he may have discovered love.

Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002) – The middle chapter of Tolkein’s trilogy. While Frodo and Sam edge closer to Mordor with the help of the shifty Gollum, the divided fellowship makes a stand against Sauron’s new ally, Saruman, and his hordes of Isengard.

The Shawshank Redemption (1994) – One of the best Stephen King cinematic adaptations. Two imprisoned men bond over a number of years, finding solace and eventual redemption through acts of common decency.

You’ve got a few days to head over to Twitter and vote, so you should do that! Votes posted in the comments section here also count towards the totals.  10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU won the last poll, so look for that in the next few days.
