From New Wave, funk and beyond, he’s crafted melodies and riffs made to get your body moving. In that regard, the acoustic “Alemania” is no different.
The song is built on a warm bed of percussive chords, electronic drums and a quiet underbed of synths, giving the whole track a casual, loose vibe. To top it all off, a bluesy electric solo and a singalong chorus. Twin Shadow’s referred to the track as “a toast to the good times in Germany and the Dominican Republic.” But this song would fit at any party, anywhere.
